Our company takes the stress out of party planning, alleviates the noisy hours that parents spend at the pizza parlor. We are the all-inclusive video game birthday bash. With one simple phone call, The Game Box will deliver all of the video game entertainment, whether it's a gaming tournament, birthday party, or corporate event. Along with our climate-controlled gaming theater, a gaming coach provides complete supervision. After all 20 participants enter the trailer and the door closes, it's quite possible that the neighbors and even mom and dad will forget that a party is taking place!

The Game Box Story
and then there was game...
San Antonio couple and entrepreneurs, Jesse and Anneké Adams realized that there aren't many options for children's parties. The long, noisy hours in the pizza parlor and the headaches at the bowling alley shouldn't be tradition. So, they created a very unique concept called The Game Box.
Before spending hours behind a desk in the corporate world or nights away from home on business trips, video games were their passion. Jesse's early video game interests started with Atari and Nintendo, with games like Galaga, Exite Bike, and Mario Brothers, and now onto newer titles such as Rockband, Halo, Wii Sports, & Left 4 Dead. Anneké enjoys Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, & almost any racing game. "We wanted The Game Box to be a place for gamers, built by gamers, and that is what we've got. This is not work; we're getting paid playing video games. So, every party we do, we just go out
there and have fun!"

2009 Walk to Cure Diabetes
The Game Box is donating its services to The JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes. On October 17th, 2009 from 8-11 am, all spectators and participants will enjoy complimentary gaming in The Game Box's unique, Mobile Video Game Theater! Beat the heat while playing the latest video games inside our climate-controlled theater. Free food and drinks will also be provided by different vendors, and all this fun supports a great cause - finding a cure for Diabetes.

Q: What exactly is The Game Box?
The Game Box is a mobile gaming theater with premium sound, custom lighting, rumble seats, and 5, 42" HD LCD screens, all inside a 30' custom, limo trailer, specially designed for tournament-style, multiplayer gaming on the XBOX 360, PS3, and Nintendo Wii. No planning and no messy cleanup; parents can relax. A Game Box party is perfect for birthdays, fundraisers, and corporate events!
Q: How many people fit inside The Game Box?
A: Up to 20 people comfortably fit inside our climate-controlled theater; however, The Game Box can accommodate much larger crowds with scheduled turns.
So, the number of people invited is up to you!
Q: What do parents have to do during the party?
Adults may join in if they want, but here's the best part. No adult supervision required! You are free to enjoy quiet time inside with the other parents. Each party is hosted by our game coach. Their job is to lend their expert gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the entire party. We are great with little ones!
Q: Are the video games appropriate for my child?
A: The Game Box offers a wide variety of games, each rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). These ratings ensure that parents can make an informed decision as to what their children are playing and viewing. At the time your party is booked, we will ask if you wish to limit any categories of games being offered. Our game coach stocks The Game Box as per your request.

Q: Does the Game Box use a lot of electricity?
A: Yes it does; however, you dont have to worry about it! Our gaming, theater trailer has its own whisper-quiet generator; no plug is required. Not to mention, it is thoroughly insulated, with two air conditioning/heating units.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Fortunately, our self-sustained gaming trailer makes for great fun, rain or shine. However, we understand that sometimes things just come up. If you must cancel a party, a full refund is given with at least two week's notice. Any cancellations with less than two week's notice forfeits deposit, unless the party is rescheduled for a later date. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of event are at sole discretion of The Game Box and may forfeit deposit.
Q: Am I suppose to tip the Game Coach?
A: Tips are never required. However, if your game coach goes above and beyond to make your party fantastic, there's no better way to show them your appreciation.
Q: How do I book a party?
A: Click the "Book Party" tab above, and fill out our contact form. Please include your name, number, and event details, and a representative will return your call. Or you may call us at 1-888-33-GAMES. Please have your Visa or Mastercard ready.

Q: Can The Game Box cater food to my event?
A: Yes, how does gourmet pizza sound? Let us complete the party with the food. We have pizza specials with EZ's of San Antonio. Add $99
for hot, delivered pizza and drinks, feeds 16.
Larger packages available upon request.
Q: Will The Game Box travel outside of San Antonio ?
Absolutely; we're mobile. So, why not? Based on the how far we must travel out of our typical 25 mile radius, a mileage fee to cover the extra fuel and labor will be added to your account. Aside from that, we would love to bring all of the latest video game action to your town!!!

The Game Box pulls up to your curbside a few minutes before your event. Our brief setup ensures that the requested games are preloaded, and the kids will be ready for gaming!
